If your repair is covered under warranty, we coordinate approval with GWC Warranty to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

2. Select an appointment date and time
3. Get back on the road when your repair is complete!
Based on your policy, you may be responsible for a portion of the diagnosis, repairs, and deductible. Please refer to your policy for specific details. Your AutoNation Mobile Service technician will also review this with you before starting any work.

After completing the diagnosis, our Technician will contact GWC Warranty to determine if the repair is covered under your service contract. We will then review the repair costs with you for your approval and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

If your claim is not approved, you may be responsible for the AutoNation Mobile Service diagnostic fee as provided by AutoNation Mobile Service, plus tax where applicable. The cost of diagnosis may vary by region and will be displayed prior to confirmation of the appointment. If your claim is approved, you will only be responsible for your deductible and your portion of the diagnostic fee and repairs as applicable, and any other services you elect to have AutoNation Mobile Service complete on your behalf that are not covered by the service contract.
